PRICE LIST:

– WEEK single apartment min. 350,00 € max. 650,00 €

– WEEK END single apartment 250,00 € *

The prices above include the rent of an apartment with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linens, water, gas, wood and final cleaning.
For baby cots, up to 4 years extra 15 €.

* The minimum stay is two nights, except for the month of August where a minimum stay of one week is required.

The booking confirmation will be made by paying the deposit, while the balance can be made in cash or by bank check up to the day set for departure.
We accept small / medium sized animals, accustomed to living in the apartment, we ask for a 15 € supplement for final cleaning.

From 1 May after the decision of the provincial junta n.551 of April 7, 2017, the tax for those staying in the accommodation structures of this structures is 1 € a night of person.
